I purchased proxies from Zenu but I do not see a purchase email.

If you purchased proxies from us and do not see a purchase email containing your information, please check your spam and junk category. It may have been filtered out by your email provider!

How do I access my proxies?

Once you purchase proxies from Zenu, you have access to your own personal dashboard. You can visit the dashboard here: https://zenuproxies.com/dashboard. On your dashboard, you can generate proxies, and manage your current plan!

I do not see the product I want to purchase. Where is it?

If one of our proxy plans is not listed on our website, we are currently out of stock. Make sure to follow us on Twitter and stay active in our Discord to find out about a restock!

I am in a group and would like a groupbuy with Zenu. How can we do that?

If you are in a group that is interested in having a groupbuy with Zenu, please have one of the staff members reach out to the team via Twitter or Discord to see if we are currently open for groupbuys!

How can I get Zenu to sponsor me?

We are actively looking to find users who produce content, and cook a lot, to put them on a sponsorship. If you think you would qualify for this, please open a ticket in our Discord with your platform, and the Zenu team will get back to you as soon as we can!

How do these proxies help me secure limited edition items?

The overall purpose of a proxy is to mask your IP address from the site you are accessing. This can come in handy when you are wanting to run more than one task on your bot. You not only can run multiple tasks and look from different IPs, but you can run lower delays. If you have enough proxies, when one gets banned from low delay, the other one will step in and help.
